Shop of Horror Returns Policy

• Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind. If goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to, we will discuss the matter with you and either supply you with a Refund or Exchange.

• Please save your receipt. You will need your receipt if you need to return an item. Shop of Horror must receive your return and receipt within 30 days of purchase.

• All sales on ‘Clearance Merchandise’ are final. We will not refund or exchange Clearance items.

• If an exchange is required, Shop of Horror must receive the original item from you before we will send out the replacement. You will be charged for any further shipping costs (except in the instance that the item was broken en route.) The original shipping cost will not be reimbursed to you.

• Body Jewellery and Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to Australian Health Standards.

• All other items will be exchanged only if they are in original order ie. Not worn or opened. If you are returning a collectible figure, the box and figurine must be in original condition.

• If you live outside of Australia, you may incur Customs Duty or local taxes. Shop of Horror will not be responsible for these fees, nor will we reimburse you for any fees incurred.

• If you wish to return an item you must either email us at info@shopofhorror.com.au or contact Julie Webb on 07 5592 5534, before returning the item and inform us of the following:

• Is it an Exchange or Refund
• What item(s)will you be sending back
• What is the reason you are sending the item(s) back
• What is the Surname and First Name of the original order
• If it is an exchange, what would you like instead
• Once we have agreed to supply you with either an Exchange or Refund, we will supply you with a ‘Returns Authorisation Number’. Returns will only be accepted if they are accompanied by this number.
